About the Job
We are committed to delivering a unique product and are eager to add a talented Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our product development.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Experience in media, betting, or sports is a must
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through their entire lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for sports and familiarity with the sports media landscape is a plus
Responsibilities include:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, and development of new features and enhancements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product growth
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing timelines and resources
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation and specifications
- Act as the product champion within the organization, providing regular updates to senior management and external stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team
